BIOGRAPHY

Nicole Bousu is the North America R&D Manager for Flexible Packaging Adhesives at H.B. Fuller. She leads a team of researchers in developing sustainable adhesives for the flexible packaging market, focusing on innovation and regulatory compliance.

Previously, Nicole gained extensive experience in the Analytical Department, where she developed test methods, conducted complex testing, and managed critical instrumentation. Additionally, she established and managed the R&D rotation and development program, providing scientists with a strong foundation in adhesive chemistry and technical service.
